Our EU trademark is being infringed: can we get an EU-wide injunction?

In general, it is possible to obtain an EU-wide injunction, prohibiting infringing use of an EU trademark. For instance, a German court can issue such injunction if the EU trademark is being violated in Germany and/or if the infringer sits in Germany. As a matter of course, the EU trademark needs to be registered and it must not be vulnerable to cancellation / invalidation.
